The hotel Vijay had some bright spots. The room was clean, and the bed provided a comfortable sleep after a long day of exploring. I appreciated the accessible location. There were issues that dampened my stay. The towels had a strong chemical smell, and the air conditioning remote wasn't functioning well. There was no restaurant on the premises, and ordering room service required payment upfront, which wasn't the best experience. The staff, while generally helpful, took excessive commission on the cab we booked through them. The hotel had potential but fell short in providing a fully satisfying experience.

We had a neat and fairly quiet room with very comfy beds. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from a sacred temple was favourable and perfect.
The staff we met were not very friendly.

Braw spot for a stay! The room was clean and comfy, and I loved being so close to the main attractions. Mr Satish at the reception was a pure gem, sorting me out with a trip to Rameswaram. But those pesky mosquitoes really took the joy down a notch!

By and large, it was suitable place for sightseeing in Madurai, had much fun and met great and cordial staff who showed our room during check-in and during check-out. The location turned out to be particularly good and magnificent. Everything was simply good.

The staff are customer-focused, managed the parking on site. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to all tourist locations.

Good spot for families
The location was super convenient for getting around Madurai! We had a decent time, with the room being okay and the front desk staff being pretty helpful. The only thing that bummed me out was the hot water situation. It wasn't reliable at all. They also don't have a restaurant, a little annoying.
